A zero waste dishwashing soap bar that will help you reduce your impact on the environment!
Like you’d expect from a liquid dish soap, this cold process dish soap gives you PLENTY OF SUDS, and it cuts through grease to thoroughly clean your dishes. Even if you have a dishwasher there are times you won’t have enough dishes to fill it or you have dirty dishes that can’t go through the dishwasher. This is the perfect situation for this bar of dish soap.
I don't have a dishwasher in my soap shop and I have always washed my items by hand. Since making these bars, this is all I use and it cuts the oils from my bowls with ease.
To Use: Use either a sponge or dish cloth, I prefer a sponge. Wet the bar of soap and sponge with warm water. With the soap in one hand and the sponge in the other, swirl the sponge in circular motions on the bar until desired lather is achieved. Repeat as needed. In my experience, sometimes you just need to add a little more water to the sponge as it still has plenty of soap loaded. Store on a soap saver to increase the life of your bar. It's important to keep all handmade soaps dry between uses.
